And the survey says ...
In a recent Customer Survey, Stockton was rated as Excellent or Good by a whopping 95% of all respondents in the categories of Quality of Service, Consistency of Service, Responsiveness, Accuracy of Project and Quality of Finished Package.
But we didn't mail our survey simply to pat ourselves on the back. The few areas in which some customers told us we needed improvement were carefully studied, and enhancements and changes to our procedures were put right into the pipeline to provide even better attention to our customers' specific needs. We even purchased new, top-of-the-line equipment to be on the cutting edge of our customers' production needs.
We know it is this attention to detail that has brought us mail sacks full of favorable comments about our staff and services.
