FTP Instructions   You are here: Services > Data Processing > FTP Instructions   Sending Files to Stockton's FTP Site   Stockton, Inc. has an FTP site that you can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our FTP site allows you to send us data files and letter copy via the Internet. Before you start you will want to install a client FTP software package. We recommend WS-FTP Pro 6.0, which can be downloaded from the Ipswitch Web Site, at www.ipswitch.com. They offer a free demonstration copy or you may purchase the software from them for $44.95. 1) Select and install the FTP Program. 2) Contact your Stockton Customer Service Representative for User Name and Password. 3) Enter the following: Host Name: ftp.stocktoninc.com 4) Once you are logged in, transfer your files. 5) Please contact your Stockton customer service representative to let them know that you have transferred files to us.
