FTP Instructions   You are here: File Transfer > FTP Instructions   Sending Files to Stockton's FTP Site   Stockton, Inc. has an FTP site that you can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our FTP site allows you to send us data files and letter copy via the Internet. Before you start, you will want to install a client FTP software package such as WS-FTP Professional (available at www.ipswitch.com) or FileZilla which is free (available at http://sourceforge.net/projects/filezilla).   1) Select and install the FTP Program. 2) Contact your Stockton Customer Service Representative for User Name and Password. 3) Enter the following: Host Name: ftp.stocktoninc.com 4) Once you are logged in, go to the "incoming" directory and transfer your files there. 5) Please contact your Stockton customer service representative to let them know that you have transferred files to us.
